The Labyrinth Part 4 What IS "jurisdiction?" Is it just a word they use on cop shows to sound knowledgeable? The term "jurisdiction" can be summarized as "stuff a particular government has authority over." And with few exceptions, business happening within a single state AIN'T NONE OF THE FEDS' BUSINESS!

The Absurdity Of It All There are also people who absolutely believe that the law does NOT require them to file a federal income tax return. The author is one of them, and there are thousands more.

Today the American people are no longer the master and the government has ceased to be the servant. How could this be? The Revolution fought in the name of the inherent natural rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness promised to enthrone the gains of individualism. Instead, federal taxation bribes the States and individuals to serve the interests of ever-greater submission to the centralized will.
