PATRICK LAWRENCE: Finally Time for DNC Email Evidence – Consortiumnews

August 7, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Three years after the narrative we call Russiagate was framed and incessantly promoted, it crumbles into rubble as we speak. The mini-empire of allegations, presuppositions, fallacious syllogisms, leaps of logic, imagined connections and mis– and disinformation marshaled to support charges of Russian interference in the 2016 elections is more or less a ruin.

The total collapse of the Russiagate orthodoxy now appears within reach — this for the first time since the Democratic National Committee set the narrative in motion after its email servers were compromised during the Trump–Clinton presidential contest. There is a good chance — though this is not a certainty — that Attorney General William Barr’s just-launched investigation will fully expose the numerous charges of Russian intervention as fabrications. Evidence of these fabrications, long available but ignored in a remarkably prevalent case of willful blindness, continues to grow such that it may be difficult to obscure it much longer.

RAY McGOVERN: DNI Nominee Intent on Getting to Bottom of Russiagate – Consortiumnews

August 1, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Shortly before President Donald Trump announced he had nominated Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) to replace Dan Coats as director of national intelligence, Ratcliffe made it clear he intends to hit the deck running on the “crimes” behind Russiagate.

“What I do know as a former federal prosecutor is it does appear that there were crimes committed during the Obama administration,” Ratcliffe told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo. Mincing few words, he claimed the Democrats “accused Donald Trump of a crime and then tried to reverse engineer a process to justify that accusation.”

It’s an extravagant claim. But it is also true, and the proof is in the pudding of which we should have a steady diet in the months to come.

After Mueller Debacle, Where Do Democrats Go? – Patrick J. Buchanan – Official Website

July 26, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Mueller’s staff of lawyers, Republicans showed, reads like a donors list for Hillary Clinton. The FBI contingent that started the investigation was a cabal so hateful of Trump that some had to be fired.

Republicans raised questions about the origins of the investigation, tracing it back to early 2016 when Maltese intelligence agent Joseph Mifsud leaked to a staffer of the Trump campaign, George Papadopoulos, that Russia had Clinton’s emails. That and subsequent meetings have all the marks of an intel agency set-up.

Repeatedly, Republicans brought up the dossier written by British spy Christopher Steele, who fed Russian-sourced disinformation to Clinton campaign-financed intel firm, Fusion GPS, who passed it on to the FBI, which used it as evidence to justify warrants to spy on Trump’s campaign.

RAY McGOVERN: A Non-Hack That Raised Hillary’s Hackles – Consortiumnews

July 23, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Three years ago Monday WikiLeaks published a trove of highly embarrassing emails that had been leaked from inside the Democratic National Committee. As has been the case with every leak revealed by WikiLeaks, the emails were authentic. These particular ones, however, could not have come at a worse time for top Democratic Party officials.

The emails made it unmistakably clear that the DNC had tipped the scales sharply against Democratic insurgent Bernie Sanders, giving him a snowball’s chance in hell for the nomination. The posting of the DNC emails is also widely seen as having harmed the the electoral prospects of Hillary Clinton, who could not escape responsibility completely, while a handful of the very top DNC officials were forced to immediately resign.

Relatively few Americans read the actual emails, their attention diverted to the incessant media-fostered question: Why Did the Russians Hack the DNC to Hurt Hillary? For the millions of once enthusiastic Democrats who favored Sanders, however, the disclosure that the nomination process had been fixed came as a bitter pill, leaving a sour taste in their mouths and a passive-aggressive reluctance to promote the candidacy of one they considered a usurper. Having had a huge stake in Bernie’s candidacy, they had little trouble seeing through the diversion of attention from the content of the emails.

The Lie Factory—CNN—Is Collapsing. Thank God. – PaulCraigRoberts.org

CNN abandoned journalism and became a propaganda ministry for the Democratic National Committee and the corrupt upper echelons of the CIA and FBI. After three years of telling the most outrageous lies ever associated with an alleged news organization in an alleged democracy, CNN’s viewership collapsed. CNN turned propaganda ministry saw its primetime viewers shrink by 40%. Even insouciant Americans could see that CNN was nothing but a lie factory. Link

One would have thought CNN would have learned a lesson. But apparently not. The scum or fools, whichever it is, that runs CNN decided instead to tell even more lies. The propaganda ministry concocted an even less believable story than the ones that had driven away 40% of CNN viewers. The story “reported” by Alex Marquardt goes as follows:

CIA Panicking Over ‘Russiagate’ – American Free Press – Donald Jeffries

July 17, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

The same day Harris took to Twitter, hammering home the Deep State talking points on this subject. “Officials familiar with U.S. intelligence reports told the Postthat Mifsud had been identified by intelligence agencies as a potential Russian agent before he met Papadopoulos, an assessment drawn from reporting collected over several years.” He continued: “So why did we spend so much time on this, and why should you care? Attorney General Barr is now investigating the FBI/Mueller probe of Russian election interference and connections to the Trump campaign. Mifsud was in essence the impetus for that investigation.”

Touting the editorial line of both his newspaper and the entire mainstream media, Harris claimed, “But there is no real evidence that Mifsud was working for the FBI, the CIA, or British intelligence, as has been variously alleged. And while it’s still unclear what role if any he played in the Kremlin’s 2016 campaign, Mifsud’s links to Moscow are real and verifiable.”

Russiagate Is No Watergate – Patrick J. Buchanan – Official Website

June 17, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

“History is repeating itself, and with a vengeance,” John Dean told the judiciary committee, drawing a parallel between Watergate, which brought down Richard Nixon, and “Russiagate” which has bedeviled Donald Trump.

But what strikes this veteran of Nixon’s White House is not the similarities but the stark differences.

Watergate began with an actual crime, a midnight break-in at the offices of the DNC in June 1972 to wiretap phones and filch files, followed by a cover-up that spread into the inner circles of the White House.

Three years after FBI Director James Comey began the investigation of Trump, however, the final report of his successor, Robert Mueller, found there had been no conspiracy, no collusion and no underlying crime.

Exposé in “The Hill” challenges Mueller, media – Matt Taibbi

June 10, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Claim that would-be key Russiagate figure Konstantin Kilimnik is a longtime American informant might be a game-changing story – in a country with a real press corps.

John Solomon of The Hill just came out with what could be a narrative-changing story. If news organizations that heavily covered Russiagate don’t at least check out this report – confirm it or refute it – few explanations other than bias will make sense.

In “Key figure that Mueller report linked to Russia was a State Department intel source,” Solomon asserts that Konstantin Kilimnik, the mysterious Ukrainian cohort of former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, has been a “sensitive” source for the U.S. State department dating back to at least 2013, including “while he was still working for Manafort.”

Roger Stone Swings For The Fences; Court Filing Challenges Russiagate’s Original Premise – NewsWar

May 15, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Stone’s suppression motion also points out that the FBI and Mueller completely violated every forensic standard in the book by accepting the forensics of the DNC vendor, CrowdStrike, rather than securing and examining the alleged crime scene themselves.

In a Court filing on Friday, May 10 2019, Roger Stone, the long-time friend of Donald Trump targeted by Robert Mueller, and subsequently charged for lying, obstruction, and witness tampering in the Russiagate House Intelligence Committee investigation, has challenged the central premise of Russiagate, that the Russians hacked the DNC and thus “interfered” in the 2016 Presidential election to Donald Trump’s advantage.

In a Motion to Suppress documents and evidence gathered as a result of search warrants issued in his and other cases, Stone has attached expert Declarations from former NSA Technical Director William E. Binney and widely recognized private cybersecurity expert, Peter Clay, challenging Russiagate’s foundation: that the Russian state hacked the computers of the DNC, John Podesta, and the DCCC and transferred the data to WikiLeaks for publication.

Rand Paul Demands Truth About Bogus Steele Dossier – American Free Press – S.T. Patrick

April 26, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

It now appears that a move on the part of Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) to delay the full release of the Mueller report was doomed from the start, but it is worth emphasizing that Paul was never acting out of acute partisanship. Rather, from the start, he has been making the case that a full investigation of the funding behind the dossier created by former UK spy Christopher Steele on Donald Trump be made public so Americans can learn for themselves what prompted the Trump-Russia collusion investigation.

Referring to the discredited dossier that was the basis behind the fervency of Russiagate’s truest believers, Paul stated, “What we don’t know is, was President Obama told that the evidence to get this investigation started was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign?”

Paul is calling for the release of communications between Obama-era officials, including former FBI Director James Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan. In pushing for the communications to be released, Paul says he simply wants the “entire story to be told.”

The Orchestration of Russiaphobia Is The Prelude To War – PaulCraigRoberts.org

April 24, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

The Russian Embassy in Washington has prepared an accurate 121-page report, THE RUSSIAGATE HYSTERIA: A CASE OF SEVERE RUSSOPHOBIA. LINK

Everyone should read this report. It documents the fake news, lies, violations of diplomatic standards and international law, and gratuitous aggressive actions taken against Russia during the period beginning May 18, 2016 and continuing through the issuance of the Mueller Report.

Without explicitly saying so, the report shows that neither the US government nor the American media has a nanoparticle of integrity. Both are criminal organizations that are willing to risk war with Russia in their pursuit of narrow politicized agendas.

This is important information for Americans and the rest of the world to have. Every person, every government and every private organization that supports Washington’s Russiaphobic policies is contributing to the growing threat of nuclear war.

The Three Purposes of Russiagate – PaulCraigRoberts.org

April 22, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Russiagate has three purposes.

One is to prevent President Trump from endangering the vast budget and power of the military/security complex by normalizing relations with Russia.

Another, in the words of James Howard Kunstler, is “to conceal the criminal conduct of US government officials meddling in the 2016 election in collusion with the Hillary Clinton campaign,” by focusing all public and political attention on a hoax distraction.

The third is to obstruct Trump’s campaign and distract him from his agenda when he won the election.

Despite the inability of Mueller to find any evidence that Trump or Trump officials colluded with Russia to steal the US presidential election, and the inability of Mueller to find evidence with which to accuse Trump of obstruction of justice, Russiagate has achieved all of its purposes.

Donald Trump Was Framed – American Free Press – John Friend

April 22, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Rep. Devin Nunes, the firebrand California congressman and top Republican on the influential House Intelligence Committee, is seeking long overdue criminal charges against unnamed individuals involved with the malicious and arguably treasonous investigation into the debunked conspiracy theory alleging Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Nunes recently explained to Fox News that he plans on submitting eight criminal referrals to the Justice Department on charges including manipulating or falsifying intelligence, leaking classified intelligence to the media, and misleading federal judges sitting on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court in relation to the infamous Steele dossier, which has been thoroughly discredited.

“We believe there is a conspiracy to lie to the FISA court, mislead the FISA court, by numerous individuals that all need to be investigated and looked at,” Nunes explained to Fox News in a recent interview. He also insisted that he has seen legitimate evidence that proves individuals associated with the Trump-Russia investigation were involved in a criminal conspiracy “involving manipulation of intelligence.”

Robert Mueller Obliterated Trump-Russia Conspiracy Theories – The Intercept – Glenn Greenwald

April 20, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

THE TWO-PRONGED CONSPIRACY THEORY that has dominated U.S. political discourse for almost three years – that (1) Trump, his family and his campaign conspired or coordinated with Russia to interfere in the 2016 election, and (2) Trump is beholden to Russian President Vladimir Putin — was not merely rejected today by the final report of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. It was obliterated: in an undeniable and definitive manner.

The key fact is this: Mueller – contrary to weeks of false media claims – did not merely issue a narrow, cramped, legalistic finding that there was insufficient evidence to indict Trump associates for conspiring with Russia and then proving their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. That would have been devastating enough to those who spent the last two years or more misleading people to believe that conspiracy convictions of Trump’s closest aides and family members were inevitable. But his mandate was much broader than that: to state what did or did not happen.

That’s precisely what he did: Mueller, in addition to concluding that evidence was insufficient to charge any American with crimes relating to Russian election interference, also stated emphatically in numerous instances that there was no evidence – not merely that there was insufficient evidence to obtain a criminal conviction – that key prongs of this three-year-old conspiracy theory actually happened. As Mueller himself put it: “in some instances, the report points out the absence of evidence or conflicts in the evidence about a particular fact or event.”

EXONERATED: No collusion, no obstruction… Trump cleared in bombshell Mueller report, exposing bald-faced LIES of the anti-Trump media – NaturalNews.com – Mike Adams

April 20, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

The media narrative has collapsed. The Trump / Russia collusion hoax has been exposed. The full report from Robert Mueller completely clears President Trump of both collusion and obstruction. This means it is now confirmed the media has been running a massive, coordinated, insidious disinformation campaign to misinform the American people and destroy our democratic Republic.

There is no shame among all those on the Left who lied, colluded, leaked and committed criminal acts to try to destroy President Trump and bring down our constitutional Republic. And it’s now abundantly clear that these horrible people absolutely will not stop spreading destabilizing lies until they are arrested at gunpoint, indicted for their criminal behavior and put behind bars to stop them from hurting America any further.

It’s time to arrest and prosecute all those involved in the deep state coup attempt against President Trump, and this includes all the fake news hacks — don’t even pretend to call them “journalists” — at CNN, WashPost, NYT, MSNBC, Buzzfeed and all the other radical left-wing fake news rags that very nearly ripped America to shreds in their effort to destroy our democratically elected president.

VIPS Fault Mueller Probe, Criticize Refusal to Interview Assange – Consortiumnews

April 18, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

You may be unaware that in March 2017 lawyers for Assange and the Justice Department (acting on behalf of the CIA) reportedly were very close to an agreement under which Assange would agree to discuss “technical evidence ruling out certain parties” in the leak of the DNC emails” and agree to redact some classified CIA information, in exchange for limited immunity. According to the investigative reporter John Solomon of The Hill, Sen. Mark Warner, D,VA, Vice Chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, learned of the incipient deal and told then-FBI Director Comey, who ordered an abrupt“stand down” and an end to the discussions with Assange.

Why did Comey and Warner put the kibosh on receiving “technical evidence ruling out certain parties [read Russia]? We won’t insult you with the obvious answer. Assange is now in prison, to the delight of so many — including Mrs. Clinton who has said Assange must now “answer for what he has done.”

Russian Military Expert Says Time for Russia to Prepare for War – PaulCraigRoberts.org

April 13, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Someone should speak to the Russian finance minister, Anton Siluanov, and put him in touch with reality. According to a RT news report, Siluanov has called for restoring economic and political ties between Moscow and Washington.

Ties between the US and Russia were intentionally wrecked on purpose by the US military/security complex and its congressional and media vassals in order to provide the military/security complex with an enemy big enough to justify the $1,000 billion annual budget of the complex.
What does Siluanov think Russiagate was about other than to prevent Trump from normalizing relations with Russia?

The last president who tried to rein in the military/security complex was John F. Kennedy, and he was assassinated. On Trump they used Russiagate instead of bullets, and it proved almost as effective.

The country might have saved itself a lot of angst if only my column of December 12, 2016, had been taken as proven fact, in which case all the principal actors in the Russia-gate scheme to take down the President would be behind bars. As the President bluntly put it, the phony collusion charges were a brazen attempt to overthrow the government of the United States.

How did I know this? Just look at the tweet I have pinned at the top of my Twitter feed: “Where’s the evidence?”

The spooks were arguing that they had “scientifically” determined the identity of the hackers, an elite Russian cyber-brigade geared up and ready for combat. These left electronic fingerprints and even the most obvious clues: one incursion was memorialized with the name of Felix Dzerzhinsky, the notoriously brutal and Simon-pure head of the KGB. This was more than a mere hint. Someone wanted to get “caught.”

Where Is The World Headed? — Paul Craig Roberts – PaulCraigRoberts.org

Since 2016 the United States has been in the Russiagate box, a hoax created by the US military/security complex to prevent President Trump from normalizing relations with Russia.  Normalized relations would devalue THE RUSSIAN THREAT, an orchestration that protects the $1,000 billion annual budget of the military/security complex.

The Democratic Party, which most certainly is not democratic, supported the hoax hoping to do Trump in for their own reasons and pulled the presstitute media into the conspiracy against Trump.

Now that all the assurances from the Establishment that Trump was a traitor to America who conspired with Russian President Putin to steal the election from the killer-bitch in order that America could serve Russian interests have been exposed as lies by the Mueller report, American attention is free to take up some other nonsensical campaign. The succession of these stupidities is destroying America’s reputation.

RussiaGate: “Why Did This Ever Start In The First Place?” | Zero Hedge – Peter van Buren

April 2, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Trump and the Russians has created an army of “Mueller Truthers,” demanding additional investigations. But Republicans are also demanding to know more, specifically how the FBI came to look into collusion, and what that tells us about the tension between America’s political and intelligence worlds. In Rudy Giuliani’s words “Why did this ever start in the first place?”

The primordial ooze for all things Russia began in spring 2016 when the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee, through a company called Fusion GPS, hired former MI6 intelligence agent Christopher Steele to compile a report (“the dossier”) on whatever ties to Russia he could find for Donald Trump.

Steele’s assignment was not to investigate impartially, but to gather dirt aggressively – opposition research, or oppo. He assembled second and third hand stories, then used anonymous sources and Internet chum to purported reveal Trump people roaming about Europe asking various Russians for help, promising sanctions relief, and trading influence for financial deals. Steele also claimed the existence of a “pee tape,” kompromat Putin used to control Trump.
