The Court and your Castle

August 14, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Justifying the Glorious Revolution of 1688, John Locke advanced natural-rights theory of government. He argued that all just governments are founded on consent and are designed solely to protect people in their inherent rights to life, liberty, and property. By “property,” Locke meant more than land and goods that could be sold, given away, or even confiscated by the government under certain circumstances. Property also referred to ownership of one’s self, which included a right to personal well being.

Mueller’s Gang of Legal Quislings

August 8, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

What you are witnessing is a Deep State execution of constitutional government by the esquire class of statist lawyers. The definition of a quisling is “a traitor who collaborates with an enemy force occupying their country.” Is there a better description of Robert Mueller’s posse of committed partisan, who are determined to be a lynch mob and take out the Trump America First movement? Make no mistake about it, the bipartisan establishment hates the profound restoration of a populist agenda that is routed within the traditional principles of the founding of the Republic. Using the practices of The People’s Court, Volksgerichtshof) was a Sondergericht (“special court”) of Nazi Germany, set up outside the operations of the constitutional frame of law, is a model for Mueller special counsel.

Primacy: The Declaration of Independence

July 3, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The cardinal expression of the American experiment is found in the political genius of the Declaration of Independence. Within the text is a succinct summary of grievances and principles. It is also an explanation for actions necessary to secure liberty. More than a compact among separate colonies, engaged in a war for independence, basic innate human rights are acknowledged. Affirming the rightful authority for self governance – “deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” – is the essential essence of Inherent Autonomy.

FBI is the Corrupt Enforcer of the Power Elite

June 20, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Back in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, your friendly neighbors gathered around the television set to watch the F.B.I. Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. play the All-American Inspector Lewis Erskine. J. Edgar Hoover “took pains to protect the image of his beloved FBI” so when he finally gave his seal of approval to ABC’s request for a series that simply would be called The FBI; you know that the scripts would reinforce the Bureau as the preeminent law enforcement organization. Well, back in the day, the public impression was that of a law enforcement outfit functioning as their name implies; INVESTIGATIONS.

Homeland Security in the Land of the Free

June 5, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The horror stories about the Transportation Security Administration are indisputable. In the post 911 environment, civil liberties routinely ignored or eliminated, become a mere memory in a country that once prided itself as the beacon of freedom for the entire world. The TSA is part of the Department of Homeland Security. FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency is also an agency of DHS. The public relation spin for the purpose of such authorities is to protect citizens and guard the nation. The reality is that DHS bureaus have the same mission, keep the government safe from potential real or imaginary threats. Interpret threats to mean anyone who opposes the establishment regime, now known as, the military-industrial-financial-security complex.

Preach Politics from the Pulpit

May 9, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

When is a law unconstitutional and defaces the First Amendment? Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; is as clear cut as any assertion in the basic law of the land. Yet Donald Trump correct — Lyndon Johnson passed legislation limiting political activity of churches and has lead to the systematic exclusion of religious political speech. Yet the Johnson amendment survived court challenges in 1983, 1990 and 2000, according to Pew. Such perversion of fundamental rights endowed by God and subverted by government illustrates that the nature of politics defies the only legitimate authority, which any society can derive and claim its moral authority upon.

Road to Serfdom, Yesterday and Today

May 8, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The path to a Global Gulag is paved with failed promises and stern submission. The functions of governments change little over time. Only the intensity of applying current techniques of crowd control evolves for making the task easier to corral the rowdy into prisons of their minds. Force works because people allow themselves to be intimidated and government stooges are willing to rejoice in the celebration of human misery. The police state stems from an entitlement of State tyranny, which justifies its existence based upon an absolutism of authority.

Jewish Banksters Identity Politics

April 10, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Any discussion on the Federal Reserve inevitably will revert into the role of Jewish Bankers in the failures of the central bank. Resistance from the current Jackals of Jekyll Island prevents a Federal Reserve audit. The identity politics that absorb the banking elites usually revolves on money. However, when the financial establishment unites to shield the Fed to protect the likes of Greenspan, Bernanke and Yellen, one needs to ask why are Jewish Banksters put in charge of the central bank? Identity politics of the tribe comes to the rescue. The mere notion of asking such a question requires a slap down and charges of hatred.

Raising the Ides of March Debt Limit

March 14, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

One of the most played out scenarios in the rarified air of Washington life support is keeping the debt balloon inflating without blowing. Dismissing all the drama from the Kabuki theater that relies upon passing another continuing resolution to raise the debt limit seems to be one of the most reliable predictions that can be made about Congress. Come hell or high water, the borrowing ceiling goes up. So when Mnuchin calls on Congress to raise debt limit as deadline approaches, all seems ready to follow the familiar pattern of kicking the can down the road.

The Ugly Face of the North American Union

February 20, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

For the last several years, the press on the disastrous North American Union has been off front-page news. Nonetheless, the plans to remove barriers and open up borders keeps chucking along. Those who belief this course is desirable or those who conclude that it is unpreventable because the climate of globalization is overpowering, are subversive collaborators of the NWO or gutless wimps that deserve to be run over by the hordes of barbarians that flood our country.

Trump anti-Communist Counter Revolution

January 17, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The century anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution occurs this year. Any serious examination of The Russian Revolution and the Soviet Union must conclude that the systematic eradications of millions and the ruthlessness of the Communist commissars rule was a miserable failure, even by Marxist postulates. Russia today is quite different from the Gulag Archipelago that Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn experienced and wrote about. “And those who, like you and me, dear reader, go there to die, must get there solely and compulsorily via arrest.”

A Christmas Wish List for Obama

December 19, 2016 by · Leave a Comment

Which is it? Ho Ho Ho or Bah! Humbug!

When it comes to the Barack Obama presents you received during his administration, what you got is a visit from a Christmas basher without the redeeming value of a Grinch or Scrooge. Examine the generous gifts this “Bad Santa” doled out during his holiday season. Postponing another indulgent vacation is a small price to pay for the enjoyment of keeping the cheer and folly celebration going. Be damn the cost, it is just too much fun to stop this excitement of stuffing coal in your stocking, once again.
