The Money Masters is a 1995 movie, produced by Patrick S. J. Carmack and directed and narrated by Bill Still, who assert the film is a documentary on the history of central banking, monetary policy, the "bond system", the Federal Reserve System, and fractional-reserve banking in the United States.
