On Monday, November 20th, Dr. Nabil Abuznaid, the Deputy Chief of Mission for the Palestine Liberation Organization's (PLO) Mission to the United States, will be a radio guest for Mark Dankof's America on the Republic Broadcasting Network (RBN). The show will air live from 11 am to 1 pm Central Standard Time/Noon to 2 pm Eastern Standard Time on the Internet through the RBN web site, and live on international shortwave frequency 12.180 and selected stations in the Austin/San Antonio area. The show will be subsequently archived on the RBN Website for later listening on the World Wide Web.

Dr. Abuznaid's official biography issued by the PLO Mission to the United States is as follows:
Dr. Nabil Abuznaid is the Deputy Chief of Mission at the PLO Office in Washington, DC. He was born and raised in, Hebron, Palestine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He also, received his Master's degree in International relations from Howard University in Washington, DC and his Ph.D. in International Relations from Warsaw University in Warsaw, Poland where he wrote his dissertation on Negotiations.
Before joining the PLO Mission Office, Nabil held various teaching positions in Palestinian Universities and was the Director of International Relations Department at Hebron University. For several years Nabil served as the advisor to the late Chairman and President of the PLO, Yasser Arafat.
While conducting his studies in the US he was the founder and leader of the Palestinian Student Union and also led the efforts of the Palestine Congress of North America. While teaching at Najah University in Nablus, Palestine he was a coordinator of the Palestinian University's Staff Unions in the occupied territories. He has also organized several international conferences on Palestine. Nabil has published several articles in newspapers abroad, has participated and gave lectures at many distinguished universities and conferences, and is interviewed by many major news media organizations such as CNN and Time Magazine.
Nabil resides in Vienna, Virginia with his wife and their two children.
