BATR Columnists back on MS Link Exchange
Defending Free Speech requires active measures. Note no answer from MS what was "so called" disrespectful about the BATR Columnists banner or essay content.

Dear James:
I understand how crucial your concern is that's why I seek the assistance of our Product Team in reviewing the Banner Network account that was recently banned (BATR Columnists - X1747617).
The good news is they agreed to re-activate the banner and it is now running on our server. Your request to replace the previous banner was also granted and your new banner is now displaying on your Banner Network account.
You may now put back the Link Exchange banner code on your BATR columnist site.
Please note that since you are using a service provider rather than your own server/system, the banners you are submitting to us are still subject to the bCentral/Microsoft Terms of Use.
"Microsoft reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Microsoft reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever."
Since bCentral services are bounded with our Terms of Use (http://ulogin.bcentral.com/en-US/termsDisplay.aspx), it's possible that this would happen again if our Policy Enforcement Team sees materials on your site that violates the agreement.
Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Enriel
