Seth Rich Murder Update: FBI Claims They Didn’t Investigate but NSA Claims Can’t Disclose Files Due to Matter of National Security – Joe Hoft

August 20, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

We first reported in late July that Texas businessman Ed Butowsky filed a lawsuit where he outed reporter Ellen Ratner as his source for information on Seth Rich. The DNC operative was murdered in the summer of 2016 in Washington DC. His murder was never solved. According to the lawsuit Seth Rich provided WikiLeaks the DNC emails before the 2016 election, not Russia.

This totally destroys the FBI and Mueller’s claims that Russians hacked the DNC to obtain these emails.

Butowsky claims in his lawsuit:

Ms. Rattner said Mr. Assange told her that Seth Rich and his brother, Aaron, were responsible for releasing the DNC emails to Wikileaks. Ms. Rattner said Mr. Assange wanted the information relayed to Seth’s parents, as it might explain the motive for Seth’s murder.

On November 9 2016 Ellen Ratner admitted publicly that she met with Julian Assange for three hours the Saturday before the 2016 election. According to Ratner, Julian Assange told her the leaks were not from the Russians, they were from an internal source from the Hillary Campaign.

Ratcliffe’s DNI Appointment Is Designed to Bring Down Epstein Connected Deep State Figures | The Common Sense Show – Dave Hodges

There is a massive terror network that is rearing its ugly head. Through no less than three high ranking federal agents, I have been sent material related to the network. Each one of these three federal agents has a lot to lose and each told a story, with different variable, but all contain the same message and it validates what I have been saying since the election of Trump. This is Place C in order to facilitate the takedown of Donald Trump and the overthrow of the US government. Who are the three agents?

  • The FBI
  • The DEA
  • Department of Homeland Security

The scope of these revelations covers a period of 14 months and for the DEA and the FBI, they each had jurisdictional considerations in a child sex-trafficking case in a remote part of Tucson.

Does Trump Have the Balls to Hold the Deep State Accountable? – PaulCraigRoberts.org

It is a known fact that the orchestration of Russiagate, a hoax perpetrated on the American people and the world by the military/security complex, Democratic Party, and US presstitutes, required high officials of the CIA, FBI, and Obama Department of Justice (sic) to commit felonies.  We know what the felonies are and who committed them.  The plot required the print and TV media to serve as the propaganda ministry for the treasonous officials.

This is common knowledge among those who pay attention. Last April former House Intelligence Committee Chairman, now ranking member, Devin Nunes said that “criminal referrals on numerous individuals involved in the abuse of intelligence for political purposes” would soon be submitted.  Apparently, the criminal referrals have been delayed while reports by Justice (sic) Department officials Michael Horowitz and John Durham are completed and cleared for release by—you guessed it—the CIA and FBI that the report investigates.

The felonies committed by the CIA, FBI, and Obama Justice (sic) Department constitute no less than a coup against the president of the United States, an act of sedition and treason.  Yet, those responsible might never be held accountable.

RAY McGOVERN: Ex-FBI, CIA Officials Draw Withering Fire on Russiagate – Consortiumnews

July 9, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

As Congress arrives back into town and the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees prepare to question ex-Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller on July 17, partisan lines are being drawn even more sharply, as Russias-gate blossoms into Deep-State-gate. In Sunday, a top Republican legislator, Rep. Peter King (R-NY) took the gloves off in an unusually acerbic public attack on former leaders of the FBI and CIA.

King told a radio audience: “There is no doubt to me there was severe, serious abuses that were carried out in the FBI and, I believe, top levels of the CIA against the President of the United States or, at that time, presidential candidate Donald Trump,” according to The Hill.

King, a senior congressman specializing in national security, twice chaired the House Homeland Security Committee and currently heads its Subcommittee on Counterterrorism and Intelligence. He also served for several years on the House Intelligence Committee.

The Real Muellergate Scandal – Strategic Culture – Craig Murray

May 13, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

Mueller gives no evidence whatsoever to back up his simple statement that Seth Rich was not the source of the DNC leak. He accuses Julian Assange of “dissembling” by referring to Seth Rich’s murder. It is an interesting fact that the US security services have shown precisely the same level of interest in examining Seth Rich’s computers that they have shown in examining the DNC servers. It is also interesting that this murder features in a report of historic consequences like that of Mueller, yet has had virtually no serious resource put into finding the killer.

Mueller’s condemnation of Julian Assange for allegedly exploiting the death of Seth Rich, would be infinitely more convincing if the official answer to the question “who murdered Seth Rich?” was not “who cares?”.

Prosecutor In Charge of Clinton Email Probe Criticizes Mueller – Washington Free Beacon – Bill Gertz

May 1, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

The Justice Department’s senior counterspy prosecutor who worked on both the Hillary Clinton email probe and the initial Russian election meddling probe recently criticized Special Counsel Robert Mueller for not completing his team’s investigation.

David H. Laufman, until recently chief of the counterintelligence and export control section of the Justice Department national security division, also defended the government prosecution of leakers, including the recent case of an anti-American former intelligence contractor who provided a top-secret document to a news outlet.

“I can’t substitute my judgement for that of Mueller’s team,” he said. “And I had to hand off my chapter of that [investigation] early on and so I’m not going to stand here and tell you whether I think the evidence does or doesn’t warrant actual charges. But I do think it was wrong of the special counsel’s office not to make the charging decision on obstruction—up or down.”

Special Counsel Mueller: Disingenuous and Dishonest – Consortiumnews – Larry C. Johnson

This is not a mere matter of Mueller and his team “failing” to disclose some important facts.  If they were operating honestly, they should have investigated Mifsud, Greenberg and Sater. But they did not. Two of the three alleged Russian stooges — Sater and Greenberg — have ties to the FBI. And Mifsud has been living and working in the belly of the intelligence community.

When you put these facts together it is clear that there is real meat on the bone for Barr’s upcoming investigation of the “spying” that was being done on the Trump campaign by law enforcement and intelligence. These facts must become a part of the public consciousness. The foreign country that worked feverishly to meddle in the 2016 presidential election and the subsequent rule of Donald Trump is the United Kingdom. Russia is the patsy.

Paul Manafort: Eulogy for a Straw Man | The American Conservative – PETER VAN BUREN

March 14, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

No one weeps for Paul Manafort. The irony is that his sad but relatively uneventful life as a parasite of a corrupt political system would not have mattered a jot if special counsel Robert Mueller hadn’t thought that he could bring down the president. That Trump is still standing means we need to prepare for Act II, what happens post-Mueller.

But first the eulogy. Manafort became the subject of an FBI investigation in 2014, centered on the sleazy consulting work he did for Ukraine’s former ruling party. The surveillance was discontinued that same year and the FBI dropped the matter for lack of evidence. Then Manafort’s less-than-three-month tenure as Trump’s campaign chairman provided the good-enough-for-government-work hook when the FBI went fishing for ties between Trump campaign associates and suspected Russian operatives.

McCabe confirms the existence of a rogue deep state; no apology from the controlled media for mocking those who warned about true conspiracy – Dave Hodges – The Common Sense Show

February 19, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

For more than two years, fake news outlets everywhere have shamelessly mocked conservatives and others who contend that there’s a “deep state” operating behind the scenes that’s trying to unseat President Donald Trump and dismantle the Republic. But we now have a public admission by none other than former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe that the deep state does, indeed, exist – though not a single mainstream news outlet has since come forward to apologize for calling such a notion a wild “conspiracy theory.”

During a recent interview with CBS News‘ Scott Pelley, McCabe admitted that officials from the Department of Justice (DOJ) met in secret to discuss the potential “removal” of President Trump after he fired former FBI Director James Comey. In other words, these alleged “American institutions” that Democrats have continually whined are “under attack” by Trump and his supporters are actually deep state assets that, because Hillary Clinton didn’t win the 2016 presidential election, have dedicated their time and resources to trying to unseat the man who did win.

The Terrifying Arrest of My Husband Roger Stone | Roger Stone | Stone Cold Truth

February 10, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

By now I’m sure you have heard about the terrifying pre-dawn raid on the house in Ft. Lauderdale where I live with my husband Roger Stone.

A little before 6am, twenty-nine assault weapon wielding FBI agents in full tactical gear, and wearing night vision goggles, surrounded our home. Because I am hearing impaired and I was sleeping, I did not hear the commotion when an FBI agent pounded on the door demanding my husband open it. I did not know he had been handcuffed and taken into custody.

I woke up only when two FBI agents burst into our bedroom and demanded that I get out of bed at gunpoint. I was marched out to the street in front of our house wearing only a night gown and in bare feet. I was instructed to stand next to my husband who was handcuffed and also barefooted. I am not charged with any crime.

Ray McGovern: Russia-gate Evidence, Please – Consortiumnews

Within hours of Comey’s firing on May 9, 2017, Page’s boyfriend and a top FBI counterintelligence official, Peter Strzok texted her: “We need to open the case we’ve been waiting on now while Andy [McCabe] is acting [director].” After all, if Trump were bold enough, he could have appointed a new FBI director and who knew what might happen then. When Page appeared before Congress, she was reportedly asked what McCabe meant. She confirmed that his text was related to the Russia investigation into potential collusion.

Clap Trap re Those Very Bad Russians – Ray McGovern

January 13, 2019 by · Leave a Comment

After plugging his memoir at the Carnegie Endowment in November, ex-National Intelligence Director Clapper said he had “no doubt” that the Russians did it — those same Russians whom he has described as “almost genetically” deceitful. Clapper backed down a bit later, saying he’s “pretty sure” the Russians did it.

Clapper claims before a typically under-informed audience that his case rests largely on “forensics.” But how many listeners would know, or remember, that the FBI avoided doing forensics on the DNC computers (as former FBI Director James Comey sheepishly admitted under oath). Curious.

Hey, Mr. Trump! Tear Down That Deep State Wall – Of Secrecy – Antiwar.com Original – David Stockman

When the Donald promised to “drain the swamp” during the 2016 election campaign – it did sound vaguely like an attack on Big Government, and at least a directional desire to shrink the state and let free market capitalism breathe.

After 22 months in office, however, the truth is patently obvious: The only Swamp that Donald Trump wants to drain is one filled with his political enemies and policy adversaries at any given moment in time. Even then, you have to consult his tweetstorm ledger to know exactly who the swamp creatures de jure actually are.

Still, the Donald’s daily Twitter assaults on the Deep State are a wondrous thing. They surely do undermine public confidence in rogue institutions like the FBI, CIA and NSA, which profoundly threaten America’s constitutional liberties and fiscal solvency.

FBI Admits It Used Multiple Spies To Infiltrate Trump Campaign | Zero Hedge

October 21, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

The Department of Justice admitted in a Friday court filing that the FBI used more than one “Confidential Human Source,” (also known as informants, or spies) to infiltrate the Trump campaign through former adviser Carter Page, reports the Daily Caller.

“The FBI has protected information that would identify the identities of other confidential sources who provided information or intelligence to the FBI” as well as “information provided by those sources,” wrote David M. Hardy, the head of the FBI’s Record/Information Dissemination Section (RIDS), in court papers submitted Friday.

Hardy and Department of Justice (DOJ) attorneys submitted the filings in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for the FBI’s four applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants against Page. The DOJ released heavily redacted copies of the four FISA warrant applications on June 20, but USA Today reporter Brad Heath has sued for full copies of the documents. –Daily Caller

The FBI’s “inquisitors”—a parade of the depraved | Intrepid Report.com

On July 12, former Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI Peter Strzok testified before 70 members of a joint hearing of the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees on his actions as the chief of the bureau’s counter-intelligence division during the 2016 presidential election. Strzok’s text messages, in which he criticized Trump, were fodder for the Republicans who used the occasion to push their various unfounded conspiracy theories. Strzok’s marriage issues, political leanings, and ethics were brought into question by Republicans who have no business accusing others of improprieties.

If FBI agent Peter Strzok were not so glib, it would have been easier to feel some sympathy for him during his tough grilling at the House oversight hearing on Thursday, even though his wounds are self-inflicted. The wounds, of course, ooze from the content of his own text message exchange with his lover and alleged co-conspirator, Lisa Page.

Strzok was a top FBI counterintelligence official and Page an attorney working for then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe. The Attorney General fired McCabe in March and DOJ has criminally referred McCabe to federal prosecutors for lying to Justice Department investigators.

Inspector General Report: FBI & Media — Leakers & Liars Galore

Charts in the recently released DOJ-IG report illustrate “numerous” unauthorized contacts and leaks between the FBI and anti-Trump media uncovered by the IG investigation.

“We have profound concerns about the volume and extent of unauthorized media contacts by FBI personnel that we have uncovered during our review.” So states the report issued last week by Michael Horowitz, the U.S. Department of Justice inspector general. The massive 568-page report, the result of a year-long investigation, goes on to note (on page 429):

Roger Stone: My Recently Remembered Contact with a Russian FBI Informant | Roger Stone | Stone Cold Truth

June 19, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

My critics have flipped because I only recently recalled a contact who was both a Russian and an FBI informant in 2016 only in the country on a visa requested by the Miami office of the FBI saying his presence in the country served a “public benefit”. The man who called himself Henry Greenberg is actually Gennady Vasilievich Vostretsov,  a convicted violent felon who spent 10 years in prison and has been an FBI informant for 17 years.

I knew non of this when my longtime colleague Michael Caputo asked me to meet with his gentleman because he claimed he had information that would be “beneficial” to the Trump campaign. Thus the clam by Shelby Holliday of The Wall Street Journal that the meeting was based on a promise of “dirt” on Hillary Clinton is a typical fake news lie.

Since my 20 minute meeting with the FBI informant resulted in no inappropriate or illegal act. I have no reason to dissemble or hide the meeting since nothing improper or significant resulted from it. Even the FBI informant himself confirmed for The Washington Post that I rejected his demand for $2 million.

Inspector General’s Report on FBI: Bombshells, Coverups, Fake News Spin

June 17, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

The liberal “mainstream” media are deceptively portraying the 568-page IG report as vindication for Hillary Clinton, as Obama-era DOJ/FBI officials continue to stonewall and obstruct investigations.

The long-awaited report of the U.S. Department of Justice Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz, released this past week, has something for everyone. Hillary Clinton, Senator Chuck Schumer, Representative Adam Schiff, and their media pals (CNN, MSNBC, CBS, New York Times, Huffington Post, et al) rushed to proclaim that the IG report proves Hillary received no favorable treatment from the FBI investigation regarding her use of a private e-mail server for sending and receiving classified material. President Trump and his supporters likewise pointed to the same report and declared that it vindicates the president’s claim he was subjected to biased political attacks by the FBI.

A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election

June 15, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

we found that several FBI employees who played critical roles in the
investigation sent political messages—some of which related directly to the Midyear investigation—that created the appearance of bias and thereby raised questions about the objectivity and thoroughness of the Midyear investigation.

Even more seriously, text messages between Strzok and Page pertaining to the Russia investigation, particularly a text message from Strzok on August 8 stating “No. No he’s not. We’ll stop it.” in response to a Page text “[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!,” are not only indicative of a biased state of mind but imply a willingness to take official action to impact a presidential candidate’s electoral prospects.

This is antithetical to the core values of the FBI and the Department of Justice.
