Nest Gems – Leftist Loons Want a Civil War

December 28, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The Trump victory has the globalist establishment unleashing their cohorts of insurgents and extremist thugs to cause chaos. Now that the election has been decided, it is time to accelerate in earnest the smoldering civil war that has been burning for decades. Forget about divide and conquer, the forces of international Marxist authoritarianism have long ago taken control of America. The significance of the peoples’ peaceful overthrow of the perpetual power click of professional thieves and political crooks is an opportunity to defeat the ongoing culture of the District of Criminals.

The TUN – a true representative council

December 21, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Only a foolish citizen could belief that Democracy is a sensible method for electing a legislative body or administrative officials. Most are in denial that Democracies cause untold harm. Reflecting the will of the people, in endless elections, is but a substitute for mob rule. The certain incompetence of the voters, guarantee that the most corrupt take control, through the casting of meaningless ballots. The election cycle is a waste of time, energy and money that never provides a meaningful change in government direction. So what is the alternative?

The Nature of a Republic

December 13, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Since all politics is local, representation needs to originate from the smallest community unit.  Because any form of centralization is intrinsically despotic, limited government best serves the sovereign individual.  Deeply ingrained within the most fundamental of precepts for moral and civic conduct are the instructions for civil administration.  Yes, the Bible in Exodus sets down the guide for human order.

In Exodus 18 a conversation takes place between Moses and his father-in-law Jethro about what could be called the judicial system of the Hebrew government. “Listen now to me and I will give you some advice, and may God be with you. You must bring the people’s representative before God and bring their disputes to him. Teach them the decrees and laws and show them the way to live and the duties they are to perform. But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain – and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.” Jethro and Moses attempted to put into place a representative form of government that would protect the interests of the Hebrew people and honor God. By choosing honorable men from among each group to handle the small disputes and present the large ones to Moses, Jethro tried to create a situation where the interests of the Hebrew people would not be ignored but rather handled in a manner that brought glory to God.

Nest Gems – A Culture of Death Under the Law

December 5, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The Law is only a means to an end, it should never be considered an end in itself and certainly must not be made the supreme objective.  Now you see the full tragic effect of removing the Ten Commandments from the corridors of the courtroom.  Judge Roy Moore was crucified for placing God’s Laws at the center of his decisions, while Judge George Greer is applauded for following the perils of legal process.  Terri Schindler is no more Mrs. Schiavo than Michael Schiavo is still a faithful husband.  The mere presence of a shredded state marriage license has about as much weight as a ‘significant others’partnership certificate signed by San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom.  Allowing the State to displace basic fundamental decency with its own form of malformed morality is a terminal disease.  But that is exactly the modern day meaning of a society under law.

Nest Gems – Best Government – Governs Least

November 28, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Once upon a time, the Founding Fathers were considered to be the personification of the American Republic. Most notable among giants was Thomas Jefferson. The significance of his authorship of the Declaration of Independence is heralded as the very essence of the purpose of fighting the revolution. Jump onward to the present era and examine the sentiment held by the populace. The seeming disconnect from the political thought of the 18th and 19th century to the attitudes in this 21st totalitarian collectivist mindset that dominates the culture often resembles life on a different planet.

New World Order Pope – Frankie the Fake

The Catholic Church has a long history, for good and bad, that has shaped the political fortunes of Western Civilization for over two millenniums. From the conversion of the Roman Empire under Constantine to the pagan ridden culture of feast days and devotions to the Great East-West Schism of the 11th century, the “Church” has invited skepticism and criticism while the spiritual teachings of Jesus Christ took a back seat to the temporal lust for power and dominion. Throughout the turmoil of the Common Era, scholarship and core doctrine professed a profound belief in the teachings of the Gospels, the promise of salvation and the sanctity of individual life.

When Civil Liberties are violated by Government

November 7, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Behold, who really cares about civil liberties in a society that puts government as the final arbitrator of authority? Well, sadly the prospects for a rebirth in recognizing that individual liberties are the basis for a civilized union are more remote now than at any time in the last half-century. Most people view civil liberties as defined by protecting the personage. Notwithstanding, constitutional freedom has an important component is maintaining a just and functioning government regime. Sinking into a despotic authoritarianism is the expected risk when governments go amok. However, inadequate attention is given to the discussion and study of what constitutes a responsible state power.

Fear of America First by GOP Establishment

“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to heaven, we were all going direct the other way – in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only”, is just as true today about the true conservative movement as it was back in Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities, era.

A World Doomed in a Never Ending War

September 19, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Are you disappointed with Donald Trump’s bellicose continuing with the deployment in Afghanistan? Well, if you are not; you should be. Predicting a non-ideological President, who prides himself on making pragmatic decisions, raises prognostication to a new level of mystical proportions. Instilling hope during an election campaign seldom translates into dynamic action on every pledge made. Defending Trump no matter how many times he walks back on a promise is not the standard to judge his administration. Call him a turnaround artist if you wish, but the reality of the power elite inside the military, intelligence agencies and the state department is showing just how far they are willing to go to maintain their force of destructive rule.

Mueller’s Gang of Legal Quislings

August 8, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

What you are witnessing is a Deep State execution of constitutional government by the esquire class of statist lawyers. The definition of a quisling is “a traitor who collaborates with an enemy force occupying their country.” Is there a better description of Robert Mueller’s posse of committed partisan, who are determined to be a lynch mob and take out the Trump America First movement? Make no mistake about it, the bipartisan establishment hates the profound restoration of a populist agenda that is routed within the traditional principles of the founding of the Republic. Using the practices of The People’s Court, Volksgerichtshof) was a Sondergericht (“special court”) of Nazi Germany, set up outside the operations of the constitutional frame of law, is a model for Mueller special counsel.

Primacy: The Declaration of Independence

July 3, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The cardinal expression of the American experiment is found in the political genius of the Declaration of Independence. Within the text is a succinct summary of grievances and principles. It is also an explanation for actions necessary to secure liberty. More than a compact among separate colonies, engaged in a war for independence, basic innate human rights are acknowledged. Affirming the rightful authority for self governance – “deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” – is the essential essence of Inherent Autonomy.

FBI is the Corrupt Enforcer of the Power Elite

June 20, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Back in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s, your friendly neighbors gathered around the television set to watch the F.B.I. Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. play the All-American Inspector Lewis Erskine. J. Edgar Hoover “took pains to protect the image of his beloved FBI” so when he finally gave his seal of approval to ABC’s request for a series that simply would be called The FBI; you know that the scripts would reinforce the Bureau as the preeminent law enforcement organization. Well, back in the day, the public impression was that of a law enforcement outfit functioning as their name implies; INVESTIGATIONS.

Homeland Security in the Land of the Free

June 5, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The horror stories about the Transportation Security Administration are indisputable. In the post 911 environment, civil liberties routinely ignored or eliminated, become a mere memory in a country that once prided itself as the beacon of freedom for the entire world. The TSA is part of the Department of Homeland Security. FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency is also an agency of DHS. The public relation spin for the purpose of such authorities is to protect citizens and guard the nation. The reality is that DHS bureaus have the same mission, keep the government safe from potential real or imaginary threats. Interpret threats to mean anyone who opposes the establishment regime, now known as, the military-industrial-financial-security complex.

Preach Politics from the Pulpit

May 9, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

When is a law unconstitutional and defaces the First Amendment? Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; is as clear cut as any assertion in the basic law of the land. Yet Donald Trump correct — Lyndon Johnson passed legislation limiting political activity of churches and has lead to the systematic exclusion of religious political speech. Yet the Johnson amendment survived court challenges in 1983, 1990 and 2000, according to Pew. Such perversion of fundamental rights endowed by God and subverted by government illustrates that the nature of politics defies the only legitimate authority, which any society can derive and claim its moral authority upon.

Road to Serfdom, Yesterday and Today

May 8, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

The path to a Global Gulag is paved with failed promises and stern submission. The functions of governments change little over time. Only the intensity of applying current techniques of crowd control evolves for making the task easier to corral the rowdy into prisons of their minds. Force works because people allow themselves to be intimidated and government stooges are willing to rejoice in the celebration of human misery. The police state stems from an entitlement of State tyranny, which justifies its existence based upon an absolutism of authority.
