STOP Funding the Revolution

April 8, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

As we write, a number of subversive, revolutionary movements are surging — literally and figuratively — across the political landscape. A “caravan” of (at one point) more than 1,000 Central American activists has been marching north across Mexico, headed for the United States. They reportedly intend to cross illegally into the U.S., demand amnesty, and hook up here with DACA/Dreamer activists and “immigrant rights” groups, with the aim of creating another PR headache for President Trump.

Trump’s Strong Stand Forces Mexico to Enforce Law, “Caravan” Invasion Begins to Splinter

April 5, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

Aerial photos of the migrant “caravan” marching northward across Mexico looked frighteningly reminiscent of the long lines of tens of thousands of Muslim migrants from the Middle East, Africa, and Afghanistan that invaded Europe during the “refugee crisis” of 2015. News stories of the pedestrian caravan, numbering more than 1,200 individuals, first appeared on March 30. The left-wing news site BuzzFeed provided one of the earliest reports, a sympathetic article by Adolfo Flores entitled, “A Huge Caravan Of Central Americans Is Headed For The US, And No One In Mexico Dares To Stop Them.” As Flores pointed out, Mexican authorities had taken a hands-off approach to the caravan, composed mostly of Hondurans, which had started at Mexico’s southern border, in violation of Mexico’s own strict immigration laws. Organizers of the caravan told BuzzFeed that, upon arriving at the U.S. border, they intended to either ask for asylum or refugee status, or to sneak across illegally.

Terrified of Tariffs?

March 26, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

To judge from the impassioned cries of his opponents, one might think President Donald Trump’s tariff announcement on March 1 was the opening shot of a calamitous “trade war” that will end in apocalypse and ashes. Imposing a tariff of 25 percent on foreign-made steel and 10 percent on imported aluminum, is, in some minds, it seems, more barbaric and heartless than destroying Iraq, militarily occupying Afghanistan for the past 17 years (and on into infinity), bombing Syria into oblivion, overthrowing governments in Egypt and Libya, launching drone and missile attacks against other countries, etc.

Probing Mueller: What Were His Roles in Boston Mafia Murders, Uranium One, and Other FBI Scandals?

March 24, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

What was Robert Mueller’s role in the infamous “partnership” between the FBI and the Boston Mafia that involved multiple murders, racketeering, extortion, witness tampering, and much more? Special Counsel Robert Mueller has a media-crafted image as “Mr. Integrity,” a straight-shooting, non-partisan, nose-to-the-grindstone, publicity-shunning public servant. The anti-Trump media projected the same kind of squeaky-clean image for former FBI Director James Comey. However, it is now public knowledge that he is a lying, leaking, partisan, political hack who grossly abused his powerful office. He should be facing criminal prosecution instead of being rewarded with a secretive (and potentially illegal) multi-million dollar book deal.

China’s Propagandists in U.S. Media Exposed by a Reporter’s Eye-Roll That Went Viral

March 21, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

It’s the eye-roll seen ’round the world. China Business News reporter, Liang Xiangyi, is now globally famous for rolling her eyes in exasperation —  several times — as well as turning her head away, throwing her head back, and making several additional facial expressions and body-language signals indicating extreme annoyance. She was obviously more than just a little frustrated at the long-winded, sycophantic question directed to a top Communist Party official by one of her media colleagues, at the March 13 session of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Beijing. Ms. Liang’s momentary scornful display violated a rigidly-enforced taboo in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), which requires that “journalists” dutifully perform as obsequious supporters of, and propagandists for, the communist regime.

Trump’s California “War” Zone Visit: Border Wall, Marines, Jerry Brown, Beverly Hills

March 15, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

The New American recognized the enormous crisis that was brewing with illegal immigration and our broken borders decades ago. A series of reports on the border crisis by this reporter more than 30 years ago culminated in the 1988 video documentary, Out of Control: The Immigration Invasion, which showed thousands of illegal aliens pouring across the Otay Mesa (where President Trump’s press conference took place) and other critical areas all along our southern border. These were not only from Mexico and Latin America, we pointed out, but also from over 100 countries, including China, Syria, Russia, and all parts of the Middle East and Africa. In some of our documentary footage, we show sections of the then-existing flimsy border fence between San Diego and Tijuana that had huge holes ripped in it, allowing foot traffic, or even automobile and truck traffic, to stream through. We noted at the time that only an adequately manned, substantial wall would suffice to stem this tide and provide real border security. Now, 30 years later, it may finally be built.

US-North Korea: What Is Trump Planning? Is a Trump-Kim Meeting Likely?

March 14, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

Even while denouncing the North Korean regime and publicly insulting its “supreme leader,” Trump the deal-maker has repeatedly said he is willing to meet and talk with Kim. During a May 2016 interview with Reuters, Trump was asked if he would be willing to meet and talk with Kim Jong-un. “Why not? What is wrong with talking?” Trump was quoted as saying. He said he wanted to talk Kim into giving up his “damned nukes,” even if it were unlikely Kim would actually do so. He said he would even invite the North Korean leader to Washington, although he wouldn’t accord him full head-of-state dignities. “I won’t host a state dinner for him. Same goes for the Chinese and others who rip us off,” Trump said. Rather, he said the communist leaders would be served hamburgers — at a conference table.

U.S. Air Force Academy Symposium Presents Transgender Couple, Marxist, and Sex Guru As Models

March 7, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

Despite the fact that the American people spoke in November 2016 and elected Donald Trump, much of the federal bureaucracy still acts as though Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton sits in the Oval Office. Thus, the United States Air Force Academy is continuing the Obama transgender transformation agenda. The headliners at the Academy’s recent 25th National Character and Leadership Symposium were: Air Force Staff Sgt. Logan Ireland and his “wife,” Laila, who had served as a male soldier in the U.S. Army before his/her transgender transition; Cornel West, a celebrity Marxist philosopher, LGBT activist, propagandist for Communist China’s genocidal dictator Mao Zedong, and Harvard professor of African-American Studies; and Dr. Ruth Westheimer, the aging sexologist and media darling who endorses virtually every form of sexual deviancy, as long as it’s done “lovingly.”

The Russia Collusion Suspect Nobody’s Talking About: CrowdStrike’s Dmitri Alperovitch

March 2, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

Dmitri Alperovitch has played a key role in diverting attention from Hillary Clinton’s documented unethical, illegal, and treasonous activities with Putin to allegations of ties between Donald Trump and Putin, for which no evidence has been forthcoming. Is Alperovitch, in reality, one of Putin’s best deep-cover agents?

Before the WikiLeaks announcement in 2016 that it would be releasing thousands of e-mails from the Democratic National Committee, few Americans had heard of the cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike or Dmitri Alperovitch (shown), its Russian-Ukranian cofounder and chief technology officer. He is still far from being a household name, but he remains a central figure in the ongoing “Trump-Russia collusion” investigations by Senate and House committees and Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Mueller Indictments: “Smoking Gun” or “Exoneration”?

February 21, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

In truth, the most dangerous attack on the American Republic (and we are, after all, republic, not a democracy) is coming not from Putin’s Russia but from globalist Republicans and Democrats, most especially including Hillary Clinton, who have been colluding with Russia and pocketing huge payoffs from Putin & Company since long before Trump threw his hat into the political ring. Like the thief who tries to make his escape by yelling “Thief!” while pointing to someone else, the Obama-Clinton-Comey-Mueller-Rosenstein cabal and their political and media confreres will continue pointing at Trump and yelling “Collusion!” unless (and until) they are themselves brought to the bar of justice.

OECD Calls for Higher Energy Taxes “To Address Climate Change”

February 18, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

“Governments should make better use of energy taxation to address climate change,” declares a press statement issued on February 14 by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

Translation: The OECD is pushing for still higher carbon taxes —

• despite the fact that the OECD countries — especially those within the European Union — already pay some of the highest energy taxes in the world;

• despite the fact that there has been no measurable global warming in 20 years;

• despite the fact that carbon taxes and skyrocketing energy prices are causing businesses to flee Europe and other OECD economies; and

• despite the fact that EU’s phony “clean energy” agenda has made EU countries more dependent on Russia and other foreign energy producers.

Trump and the Nationalist-globalist War

February 15, 2018 by · Leave a Comment

“Since Donald J. Trump’s inauguration a year ago, a war has raged within the White House between ‘nationalists and globalists,’” writes Stewart M. Patrick, in his blog post for January 26 entitled, “Trump at Davos: Nationalism, Globalism, and American Sovereignty.” A nationalist vs. globalist war is indeed raging, as we have been reporting in The New American, and not only in the White House. Patrick, to be sure, is on the side of the globalists. His blog, The Internationalist, is an official propaganda fount for the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), where he works as the James H. Binger senior fellow in global governance and director of the International Institutions and Global Governance Program. He is a leading voice for the globalist CFR presidium that has dominated every administration, whether Democrat or Republican, since World War II.
