SCOTUScare from the Same-Sex Supreme Court

June 30, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

In the long and storied past, America prided itself on being a country based upon law. Once this was true! Today, the last vestige of a society built upon natural law and incontrovertible principles is dead. The legal system is now founded on whim, political pressure and sentiment. Under such a framework, the Supreme Court has forfeited the final semblance of legitimacy. The United States no longer can claim it is a constitutional republic. The tyranny of the judiciary in not new! However, the latest decisions on Obamacare and Same-Sex marriage effectively gut the credibility and the meaning of the constitution.

Obamacare is a Public Requiem by Supreme Decree

June 29, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Do you have an absolute right to refuse medical treatment? Well, if you recognize the immutable authority of natural rights, you must defend the birthright of individuals to reject the quackery of government-imposed medicine. Common law clearly discerns that there are limits on the power of governments to force human beings into becoming pinned up sheep, against their will. Already far too many cowardly citizens are eager to comply with the next dictate of a tyrannical regime. Subsequently, when the death panels summon you into their diagnostic pool of drugs, why would you want to accept the pharmaceutical prescription for a controlled and managed demise?

“U.S. Poised to Put Heavy Weaponry in East Europe: A Message to Russia,” ran the headline in The New York Times.

“In a significant move to deter possible Russian aggression in Europe, the Pentagon is poised to store battle tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and other heavy weapons for as many as 5,000 American troops in several Baltic and Eastern European countries,” said the Times. The sources cited were “American and allied officials.”

The Commie Connection – FDR and Stalin

June 23, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

For all those admirers of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who believe he was a great president, remove the blinders and face up to the fact that his socialist mindset and administration destroyed the last remnants of the Old Republic. Most of these same cheer leaders for the “New Deal” are in love with big government and seek to empower a federal authority at the expense of the Federalism model that is based upon separations of power and States Rights. With the unholy alliance with the Soviet Union, FDR linked his inner objectives with the greatest autocrat liquidator that fought World War II, as a Communist expansionist to destroy most of the traditional institutions that make up Western Civilization.

Justice Demands NO Tolerance

June 22, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Gordon Thomas writes in the American Free Press: “President Clinton’s close friend, a billionaire and fugitive from justice, was a top Mossad source”. The saga of Marc Rich will go down in the annals of betrayal as proof positive that the United States government is a tool of Zionist policy. Since this verdict is so painful for the apologist’s of Israel to confront, those who dare speak out, risk the wrath of cowards. Well, what’s the point of an existence of serenity, if it is founded upon a malicious lie? The canard that drives our country into continuous hell, is based upon a ridiculous premise – that Israel is a friend of America.

Demilitarizing the Military

June 22, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

The prevailing discourse on defense and national security affairs in this country is, and long has been, dominated by the bean counters among us. They are the ones who think and talk almost exclusively in terms of budgets, programs, and weapon systems; who speak in tongues about “resetting” and “rebalancing” to demonstrate how au courant they are; who ignore or assume away more fundamental questions about military purpose, function, and use. Strategically minded visionaries, in contrast, few in number to begin with, are a critically endangered species who have little or no voice.

Private Equity a Formula for Fraud

June 18, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

How quaint, private equity sounds like the very definition of capitalism. Well, peel back this onion and the tears come streaming from your eyes. As with any insider investment scheme, the devil is in the details. So when these operations fell under government regulation, some optimists felt good that the government would protect the limited partners and the entire financial system. Just how did it work out?

Digital Data is a Mortal Risk

June 16, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

The tech culture would have you believe that the digital format has produced untold innovations and advancements for personal development, societal advancement and business innovations. Well, the glass is half full for the kool aide drinkers, but for the mere mortals, who seek out a meaningful life as opposed to a regimented existence, the curse of placing the most intimate data on untold hard drives and shuffled among unknown servers, a loss of simple privacy is the least of the problems.

Is Third World America Inevitable?

June 16, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Thousands of U.S. troops safeguard the border of South Korea. U.S. warships patrol the South China Sea to stand witness to the territorial claims of Asian allies against China.

U.S. troops move in and out of the Baltic States to signal our willingness to defend the frontiers of these tiny NATO allies.

Yet nothing that happens on these borders imperils America so much as what is happening on our own bleeding border with Mexico.

Commencement Graduation and Employment Prospects

June 10, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Is it worth going to college to secure viable employment? Once, the future looked bright, for students earning a university degree and selecting from various offers from employers. Today the mere notion that such a question can and should be asked illustrates that the American economy has greatly transitioned into a very insecure and tenuous career opportunity society. When the lack of employment realities drives job seekers to leave the search for rewarding positions that offer a chance for a path to attaining middle class aspirations, the entire labor equation needs to be rethought.

Global Trade War US/EU against BRICS

June 9, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Do not be confused. Globalists whether Wall Street capitalists, corporatists, collectivist authoritarians or devoted internationalists, all share a common mindset – a worldwide financial system must control commerce and dictate economic activity. Under this formula, trade has little to do with free market transactions. Monopolies are the rule and real competition is fatal. So when the financial press emphasizes the difference between the IMF – World Bank faction and the newly aligned BRICS association, the conclusion usually misses and ignores that all the players are part of a globalist cabal committed to a New World Order.

How America Squandered a Superpower

June 9, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Toward the end of the presidency of George H.W. Bush, America stood alone at the top of the world—the sole superpower. After five weeks of “shock and awe” and 100 hours of combat, Saddam’s army had fled Kuwait back up the road to Basra and Bagdad.

Our Cold War adversary was breaking apart into 15 countries. The Berlin Wall had fallen. Germany was reunited. The captive nations of Central and Eastern Europe were breaking free. Bush I had mended fences with Beijing after the 1989 massacre in Tiananmen Square. Mikhail Gorbachev and Boris Yeltsin were friends.

The Nature of American Denial

June 8, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

At the core of self delusion is the inability and/or the unwillingness of facing reality. While psychological disorders can often explain abnormal behavior in individuals, the exegesis for deviant social attitudes and accompanying conduct is reserved for society. Or so we are told! But does this make sense to you? As long as you accept that reality does exist and that it can be understood, it follows that we have the right, the ability and the obligation to comprehend it and adjust our actions accordingly.

Is ISIS Coming to Damascus?

June 5, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

Who rises if Assad falls?

That question, which has bedeviled U.S. experts on the Middle East, may need updating to read: Who rises when Assad falls?

For the war is going badly for Bashar Assad, whose family has ruled Syria since Richard Nixon was president.

Assad’s situation seems more imperiled than at any time in this four-year civil-sectarian war that has cost the lives of some 220,000 soldiers, rebels and civilians, and made refugees of millions more.

Last month, ISIS captured Palmyra in central Syria, as it was taking Ramadi in Iraq. A coalition, at the heart of which is the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front, seized Idlib province in northern Syria and is moving toward the coast and Latakia.

Half of Syria has been lost to ISIS, the Nusra front, and other jihadist and rebel groups. All of Syria’s border crossings with Iraq have been lost to ISIS. All of the border crossing with Turkey, excluding Kobani, have been lost to ISIS or rebels linked to al-Qaida. Syria’s border with Lebanon is becoming a war zone.

Right and Left Agree: TPP about Corporate Control

June 3, 2015 by · Leave a Comment

There is not another issue more emblematic and dastardly that furthers the New World Order agenda than total control over global trade. The Trans Pacific Partnership is so secret that the Pelosi rule takes effect. You must approve it before you find out what is in it. So why is there so little outrage from the public about negotiations that are fundamentally already approved in a Bilderberg session? All factions of ideological persuasion that oppose worldwide tyranny have a common interest and imminent need to oppose the TPP.
